2 19-11-2014 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks bail in S.T. No.1101 of 2011 arising out of Pothia P.S. case No.143 of 2010 instituted for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the Additional Sessions Judge, Kishanganj.
Considering that the Petitioner is not in a position to apprise this Court that there is any delay in trial, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing bail to the Petitioner.
Prayer for bail is once again rejected.
