The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No.212 of 2012 registered under Sections 394 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that on the basis of the fardbeyan of the informant, the present F.I.R. was lodged against unknown. In course of investigation of the case, the name of the petitioner has come in this case on the basis of the information given by spy, as detailed in paragraph-84 of the case diary. Thereafter, the police got the confessional statement of the petitioner recorded, showing his involvement in the case. The petitioner has been remanded in this case on 24.4.2013. accused in three other cases also, due to that reason he has been remanded in this case also.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Bikramganj, District-Rohtas, in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No.212 of 2012.
