Submission is that the petitioner is not named in the
FIR and there is no allegation of demand of any extortion by him. Chandan Kumar Bhagat and Pawan Bhagat have been named as shooters. It has further been submitted that the FIR named accused

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Mithilesh Kumar, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class/court concerned, Muzaffarpur in connection with Bramhpura P.S.
