When the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, it appears that the Petitioner was ready to keep the Opposite Party No. 2 but she was not ready to live with her. In such a situation, the mediation failed.
Considering that the Petitioner is ready to pay a sum of Rs. 70,000/- as one time settlement and the Court is not in a position to assess the financial capability of the parties, he is directed to do so by way of interim arrangement within the next two weeks from the date of receipt of this order without prejudice to the right of the either parties.
On such deposit, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 24.02.2014 shall stand confirmed on the same terms.
Let this order be communicated to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 75 of 2012.
