Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge-II, Muzaffarpur has rejected an application for recall of P.W. 1, 2 and 5 to mark exhibits of their original affidavits.
Considering the nature of case, one chance is given to the said witnesses to mark exhibits of their original affidavits.
The Trial Court is directed to fix one date for marking the exhibits of their original affidavits.
With the aforesaid observations, the application is disposed off.
