Petitioner happens to be absconder from the year 1992 to 16.01.2014, on which date petitioner was remanded to Judicial custody. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner Suresh Dome is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with one surety to the satisfaction of the learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Jehanabad in connection with Sessions Trial No.28 of 1993/ 37 of 2014 arising out of Kurtha P. S. Case No.89 of 1988 , subject to condition that before tendering bail bond, petitioner will have to deposit Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) which will be forfeited in case there happens to be default of single date otherwise the amount will be returned back after conclusion of the trial.
