As appears from the very reading of the first information report, Kailash Yadav and Kara Yadav appear to be the assailants of the deceased. This petitioner is also named in the first information report and there does appear some allegations against him also, but the act of giving blows to the deceased really appears against Kailash Yadav and Kara Yadav considering which the petitioner Bhushan Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Muffasil P.S. Case No. 113 of 2013.
