The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the order dated 14th January, 2013 passed by Sri Pankaj Chauhan, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Danapur in Bikram P.S. Case No. 34/2012 by which he has taken cognizance of the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 353, 379, 337 & 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 135(2) of the Electricity Act, 2003.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application in
