The petitioner seeks bail in Bochahan P.S. Case No.184 of 2012 pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-V, Muzaffarpur. His prayer for bail has already been rejected by this court on merit by order dated 15th January, 2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.29221 of 2013.
For the reasons assigned in the order dated 15th January, 2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.29221 of 2013, I am not inclined to take a different view of the matter. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
