Case No. 92 of 2012.
Having gone through the records of the case, I do not find any justification for interference in the matter.
The application stands dismissed.
The Trial Court is directed to expedite the Trial without giving unnecessary adjournment to any party for this reason he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for each witnesses for their examination along with a copy of this order to the Superintendent of Police concerned, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date so
