The petitioner seeks bail in a case which has been registered under Sections 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, the petitioner attempted to commit sexual assault with the informant but on alarm being raised, he fled away causing threat to kill her.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks release of the petitioner placing his innocence, false implication and submitting that the petitioner, having no criminal antecedent, is suffering in custody since 29.12.2013, and now he has been sufficiently penalized in this false case, as the informant wants to grab Rs. 30,000/- which her husband has received as consideration amount.

submitting that the petitioner has committed heinous offence.

Considering the nature of allegation and detention of the petitioner, at this stage, now the petitioner Sohar Chauhan, is hereby directed to be released on bail on execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Narhat (Sitamadhi) P.S. Case No. 223 of 2013.
