petitioner that the informant is own brother of the
husband of the petitioner and in the background of
land dispute the accusation has been levelled when
the injury has been found to be superficial in
nature.
The application is disposed off with liberty
to the petitioner to raise all the contentions at
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17774 of 2014 (2) dt.25-04-2014

the stage of framing of charge if the charge has
already not been framed.
