ORAL ORDER
2 09-04-2014 By filing the present Modification
Application, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner
that because of the typing mistake in the prayer
portion of Cr.Misc. No. 50446 of 2013 there has been a
corresponding mistake committed in Order No. 2 dated
19.03.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50446 of 2013 as
thereunder petitioner of the said case has been
directed to be released from custody on furnishing bail
bond of Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand only) with two
sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
S.D.J.M., Kausnagar, Aurangabad in place of
Daudnagar , Aurangabad.
2. Aforesaid Order No. 2 dated 19.03.2014
passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50446 of 2013 is modified to
the extent that thereunder for S.D.J.M. Kausnagar,
Aurangabad, ‘Daudnagar, Aurangabad’ be read.
3. The Modification Application is,

accordingly, disposed of.
- In the light of the modification order petitioner is granted one week further time to surrender in the court below.
- Let this order be communicated to the court below (S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, Aurangabad) through fax in connection with Kudwan P.S. Case No. 32 of 2013 on payment of usual charges by the petitioner.
