2 01-04-2014 The present application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 19.11.2013 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in Kudra P.S. Case No. 145 of 2010, whereby processes were directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 279, 304, 337, 338 of the I.P.C. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the occurrence of 13.03.2010 the complaint was filed on 25.05.2010 which came to be registered as police case on 03.09.2010. The aforesaid contentions of the petitioner will be considered by learned Court below at the appropriate
