3 05-05-2014 In view of the law laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Mohit @ Sonu & Anrs. V s. State of U.P. & Anr reported in (2013) 7 SCC 789 , the present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is not maintainable.
In that view of the matter, the application is dismissed as not maintainable. However, it is made clear that the petitioners would be at liberty to file a revision application against the impugned order dated 18th December, 2012 passed in Sessions Trial No. 244 of 2009 by the learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Gopalganj.
