This Appeal under Clause X of the Letters Patent is preferred by the writ petitioner in CWJC No. 12390 of 2013 against the order dated 4th July 2013 made by the learned Single Judge.

In sum and substance, the appellant, aged 54 years, seeks employment in Bihar Subordinate Education Service pursuant to the application made by him in 1988. Apart from the frivolity of the claim, there is no question of employment of the appellant in public service at the age of 54 years.
The Appeal is devoid of any merit.
The Appeal is dismissed in limine .
