These Appeals preferred under Clause 10 of the Letters Patent were ordered to be heard with Letters Patent Appeal No.1569 of 2010 arising from CWJC No.12054 of 2010.
The appellants seek appointment as Panchayat Siksha Mitra under the Scheme prevalent prior to 1st July 2006. Since 1st July 2006 the cadre of Panchayat Shiksha Mitra stood abolished.
For the reasons recorded in our judgment and order dated 15th May 2014 passed in Letters Patent Appeal No.1569 of 2010, all these Appeals are dismissed.
