It appears that the order is correct but it was passed in Second Appeal No.51 of 2012 whereas in the heading of the order it is wrongly typed as First Appeal No.51 of 2012, therefore, the names of the parties and party positions including the names of the advocates are wrong. It further appears that the order has already been pronounced, therefore, it will appear as if the order has been passed in First Appeal No.51 of 2012 in the internet. In view of the above fact the order sheet dated 14.05.2015 is hereby recalled entirely and in its place the said order is passed on the same date in Second Appeal No.51 of 2012.
It is made clear that no order has been passed on 14.05.2015 in First Appeal No.51 of 2012.
