In the show cause, the opposite parties have specifically stated that the petitioner himself in paragraph no. 13 of the contempt petition admits that in compliance of the order of this Court his pay scale was fixed at Rs.4000-6000 and was paid consequential benefit of the arrears of salary from 25.02.2012 and is presently getting his pay in the pay scale of Rs.4000-6000 as directed by the Hon’ble LPA Court. It was also stated that Hon’ble Court’s order was fully complied with and necessary steps were taken by the opposite parties and the petitioner is getting his salary as per the direction of Hon’ble Court which is not disputed by him.
In light of the aforesaid, the statement made by the opposite parties in paragraph nos. 5 and 6 of their show cause, the MJC petition is disposed of.
