2	13-03-2013 The petitioner had complained of willful disobedience of
	this Court’s order dated 19.4.2012 passed in CWJC No. 7701 of
	2012. By the said order dated 19.4.2012 the petitioner was
	directed to approach the Sub-Divisional Officer, Dalsingsarai,
	Samastipur, raising his grievance with regard to removal of encroachment from Gair Mazarua Aam Rasta.
	A show cause reply has been filed on behalf of Opposite
	parties no. 2 and 3, the District Magistrate, Samastipur and Sub-
	Divisional Officer, Dalsinghsarai respectively, bringing on record
	the letter No. 766 dated 6.8.2012 and letter No. 1350 dated
	6.11.2012 ( Annexures–C & D) to demonstrate that the order has been complied with.
