Mr. Mukteshwar Prasad Singh, learned counsel has appeared for the appellant-insurance company and has submitted that there is no direction in the order disposing of the appeal on 10.07.2013 regarding the disbursement of the statutory amount of Rs. 25,000/- deposited by the appellant and it is on this account that this matter has been listed.
Having considered the submission of learned counsel, let the statutory amount deposited by the appellant-insurance company be transmitted to the Motor Accident Claim Tribunalcum-Additional District Judge, 1st , Katihar in Claim Case No. 24 of 2004 for its disbursement in accordance with law.
This direction shall form part of the order dated 10.07.2013. Office to carry out the directions.
