		petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ application with
		liberty to move the Collector of the District as provided under
		Section 21 of the Bihar Privileged Persons Homestead Tenancy
		Act, 1947.

The writ application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

Needless to say that the petitioner has been pursuing his remedy before this Court after the order was passed by the Circle Officer and there is no question of any delay and laches on the part of the petitioner.

It is made clear that this Court has not considered the matter on its merit which shall be considered and disposed of by the Collector of the District in case any such application is filed by him in accordance with law.
