The petitioner had passed the examination of Book & Accounts held on 22.06.1992 to 25.06.1992.

The petitioner submits that after completion of six years of service he got 1^st Dynamic A.C.P. and after completion of 12 years of service he also got 2^nd Dynamic A.C.P. The petitioner submits that though he has completed 18 years of service but he

has not been given the 3^rd Dynamic A.C.P. as provided in the notification bearing notification no.1193(3) dated 30.12.2010 issued by the Deputy Secretary, Health Department.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am of the view that the petitioner may make his representation before respondent no.2, the Principal Secretary, Department of Health & Family Welfare, Bihar, who would dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the same.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
