He submits that he has received instruction through letter no.1890 dated 02.07.2013 that pursuant to the notice dated 12.05.2013, inviting objections, petitioner and some others had filed their objections. A date was fixed for hearing on the objections on which date petitioner was present during the hearing. He submits that the proceeding is yet to be finalized and thereafter revised seniority list shall be published which shall be placed before the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the light of its order dated 30.03.2012 passed in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 202 of 1995.
In the circumstances, it appears that objection of the
