Admittedly, against the impugned order dated 21st July 2012 (Annexure-4) passed by respondent Commandant, CRPF and the impugned appellate order dated 10.01.2013 (Annexure-6), passed by respondent no. 5, the petitioner has got an alternative remedy of revision in terms of Rule 29 of The Central Reserve Police Force Rules, 1955.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to file a revision application before the prescribed revisional authority questioning the validity and correctness of the orders passed by the disciplinary authority as also the appellate authority.
Permission is accorded.

The application stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
If such a revision application is filed within a period of three weeks from today and if it is found by the revisional authority that this application has become time barred and if any petition is filed on behalf of the petitioner for condonation of such delay, then the revisional authority shall consider the same sympathetically and shall condone the delay in accordance with law. Thereafter, revision application filed on behalf of the petitioner shall be considered and decided on its own merit without being prejudiced by the present order.
