2/ 18-04-2013 Heard counsel for the parties.
Having regard to the fact that the
petitioner has a grievance as with regard to
her not being appointed on the post of
Anganbadi Sevika and she has also moved the
prescribed authority under the Anganbadi
Guidelines, the Collector of the district by
filing her complaint in the form of
representation on 12.04.2012, this Court would
direct the Collector of Jehanabad district to
dispose of such representation of the
petitioner within a period of four months from
Patna High Court CWJC No.6577 of 2013 (2) dt.18-04-2013

the date of receipt of this order.
With the aforementioned observation and
direction, this application is disposed of.
