Act, 1885 to the petitioners to file petition before the Special Judge, the writ petition is being disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate petition before the competent court. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to avail alternative remedy. While disposing of the writ petition it is desirable to observe that period consumed while pursuing the present writ petition i.e. from 12/5/2006 till today, shall be excluded while considering the limitation matter.
