2	14-01-2013 From the pleadings made in the writ petition it appears that
	P.D.S. licence of the petitioner has been cancelled by the Sub-
	Divisional Officer, Hajipur, vide Annexure-5 after enquiry and
	show cause.
	Petitioner has an alternative remedy by way of appeal against the said order before the Collector of the District.
	This writ application is, accordingly, disposed of with
	liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal. If appeal is filed by
	the petitioner within two weeks from today, the Collector, Vaishali at Hajipur shall condone the delay in filing appeal and
	shall decide the matter in accordance with law after hearing the
	parties preferably within three months.
