This writ application is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the

respondent Corporation within three weeks from today which the Corporation shall consider and after being satisfied, it may refer the matter back to the Revenue authorities for re-consideration as to whether on the basis of the materials produced by the petitioner, he deserves to be issued N.O.C. or not.
