A third supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State respondents in which it is stated that the land of petitioner No.2 has also been leveled.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the admitted amounts of compensation of Rs.16,457/-, Rs.3,000/- & Rs.390/- with respect to the three petitioners as per the supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3, the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi to ensure that the aforesaid admitted amounts are paid to the three petitioners within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
