This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities for ensuring payment to the petitioners for financial assistance in the form of grant in aid made available to the concerned college by the government as contemplated in terms of the decision communicated in letter dated 28.7.2010 issued by the Human Resources Development Department (Annexure-3).

After hearing the parties, this writ petition is being disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to pursue the representation dated 14.9.2012 filed and said to be pending before the Principal Secretary, Education Department, New Secretariat, Patna (Respondent no.1), which may be disposed of on its own merits in accordance with law.
