JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 12-09-2013 I find that the objection pointed out by the Stamp Reporter that the present Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the impugned orders passed in Cr. Appeal No. 5/2012 by learned District and Sessions Judge, Jamui, and the order dated 21.01.2012 passed in Complaint Case No. 1519(c)/2012 by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui is not maintainable. This application is accordingly dismissed. The petitioner will however, be at liberty to question the legality / validity of the impugned orders under appropriate provision of law.
