5 25-04-2013 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.C. to Government Pleader No. 10.

In the present writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for direction to the authority concerned for issuance of rent receipt and also for direction not to distribute the land belonging to the petitioners.

From the petition it appears that for the grievances the petitioners have not approached any of the competent authority and directly they have approached to this court.

The Court is of the opinion, that in such circumstances,

no relief can be granted to the petitioners. If so advised, petitioners may avail alternative remedy.
