The petitioners claimed to have been appointed as Assistant Teachers in different Elementary Schools in the year 1988. They have approached for quashing letter no. 2729 dated

03.07.2012 and letter no.45 dated 23.04.2012, whereby the petitioners have been directed to deposit the excess amount paid to them by Treasury Challan.
The issue involved in this writ application was also subject matter in C.W.J.C. no.13734 of 2012, which was disposed of on 30.01.2013 along with batch of other analogous writ application.
In view of the ratio decided and the findings recorded therein, the petitioners, if appointed in 1988 from select panel, will be entitled to similar reliefs, as has been granted to the appellants in case of Chandra Kant Vs. The State of Bihar passed in L.P.A. No.412 of 2003, reported in 2010(4) PLJR 733.

aforesaid terms.
