His case is that under the valid orders he executed some work of supply of medicine and other materials under Drug Licence No.40/40A. However, grievance is that the admitted amount of the bill submitted against the said supply has not yet been paid to him.

This writ application is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the respondent Civil Surgeon, Sheikhpura to see to it that the necessary fund is arranged, if not already available, and admitted amount of the petitioner is paid to him positively within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which the same shall carry an interest at the rate of
