2 19-12-2013 Through supplementary affidavit, learned counsel for the petitioners has brought on record a letter of the Manager, Punjab National Bank, Recovery Division, Circle Office, Patna dated 07.12.2013 in which total dues in the loan account of the petitioners has been shown as Rs.5,96.432/-plus Rs.90,957/- as interest.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioners are ready to visit the Bank, sit with the concerned officials of the Bank across the table, get the account calculated in presence of the petitioners and pay dues of the Bank.
This writ application is, accordingly, disposed of with

liberty to the petitioners for the same. As and when petitioners appear before the Bank, the concerned official of the Bank shall get the accounts calculated, checked up and verified in presence of the petitioners themselves, taking into account their stand, and thereafter shall give a final calculation of dues of the bank. Petitioners thereafter shall file a written undertaking to pay the dues within the fixed time. If they give an undertaking in writing to that effect, officials of the Bank shall not take any coercive
action against them till they again default in payment.
