The petitioner has approached this Court for payment of balance amount of Rs.90,300/- with regard to supply of bricks for the construction of brick soling on the road from Bachhauta to Panchwati chowk during the year 1992-93 for 0 to 1 K.M. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the total cost of the work was Rs.2,40,300/-, out of which a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- was paid to the petitioner and the rest amount of Rs.90,000/- was due from the respondents.
