The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 12.5.2012 passed by the Licensing Authority, the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar, Arrah by which he has cancelled the PDS licence of the petitioner.
The said order is admittedly an appealable order yet the petitioner has directly approached this Court.
In the aforesaid circumstances, the writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the Collector. In case such an appeal is filed along with an application for condonation of delay in filing the same then the
