Learned counsel for opposite party no. 2 submits that
vide order dated 15.01.2013, Criminal Revision No. 514 of 2009
(arising out of Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 209 of 2006),
Criminal Revision No. 517 of 2009 (arising out of Nawadah Town
P.S. Case No. 208 of 2006) and Criminal Revision No. 528 of
2009 (arising out of Nawadah Town P.S. Case No. 227 of 2006)
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.514 of 2009 (13) dt.03-07-2013
have been dismissed as withdrawn on the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioners but the said order has not been communicated to the trial court as yet and the proceeding in the trial court is stayed in view of the earlier order dated 30.03.2009, so the said order may be sent to the trial court through FAX at the cost of the opposite party no. 2.
In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for opposite party no. 2, the office is directed to send the copy of order dated 15.01.2013 to the court concerned through FAX at the cost of the opposite party no. 2, immediately.
