The petitioners have preferred this Criminal Revision against the order dated 15.12.2009 passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, Madhubani, in M.R. Case No.491 of 2005, in a proceeding under Section 145 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, whereby the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, Madhubani, attached the land in dispute and appointed the Circle Officer, Pandaul, as a receiver.
From perusal of the impugned order, I find no illegality for interference with the same in revisional jurisdiction. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision stands dismissed.
