| The petitioner being husband of the complainant is |
| apprehending arrest in a complaint case in which cognizance has |
| been taken under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and |
| sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. |
The accusation is of torture for non fulfillment of dowry demands.
The matter was referred to the Mediation Centre with joint prayer of the parties on 9.5.2013. The report of the mediation at Flag A reflects that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation and both sides filed an application with joint signature that they are residing together as husband and wife.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve
