Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 02.08.2012 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28071 of 2012 but liberty was given to petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after completion of six months in judicial custody. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in jail custody since 10.05.2012, so, petitioner has already remained in jail custody for more than six months. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 114 of 2012.
