This application has been filed for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner who has been made an accused in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1A), 25(1-AA), 25(1-B), AC, 26(1)(ii)(iii)/35 of the Arms Act.
Petitioner is one of the named accused in this case but only on the disclosure made by one co-apprehended during police raid conducted to apprehend one absconding accused but unearthing a mini gun factory.
Submission is a false implication and is without any substance. Petitioner is in custody for a substantial period only because of carrying two criminal cases such as Naya Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 44 of 2004 and Naya Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 56 of

If it is so , let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.174 of 2012 with additional condition to remain physically present before the court below on each and every date till disposal of the case, in case of failure on two consecutive dates without giving any reasonable explanation, the liberty granted shall be deemed to be cancelled.
