2 15-01-2013 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 307 of 2012 registered under Sections 419 and 420 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act with regard to recovery of one dagger and one mobile phone from the possession of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in jail custody since 12. 08. 2012 and petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 307 of 2012 (G.R. no. 1084 of 2012).
