The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 151 of 2013 registered under Sections-341, 323, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Admittedly, except Section-379 of the Indian Penal Code, almost all the sections are bailable in nature and so far as Section-379 of the Indian Penal Code is concerned; the said allegation appears to be super-addition.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 151 of
