=================================================== Raja @ Washimuddin, Son of Md. Nasimuddin. .... .... Petitioner/s Versus The State of Bihar. .... .... Opposite Party/s =================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 02. 25.09.2013 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the
State.
The Petitioner seeks bail in Sakra P.S. Case No. 378 of 2012 (S.Tr. No. 276/2013) instituted for the offences under Sections 394 and 411 IPC.
Considering that it is only recently the Petitioner was refused bail on 08.04.2013 I see no reason to review the earlier order refusing bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for bail is once again rejected.
The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
