The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Simari P.S. Case No. 186 of 2011 registered under Sections 304(B), 328 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that marriage of the victim with the petitioner was solemnised in the year 2008, but her Gauna was performed on 21.11. 2011. However, just on the date of Gauna, the victim was done to death by administering poisoning by her in-laws including this petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that, though, there is allegation of demand but no allegation of subjecting cruelty against the petitioner. It is further submitted that this is a case of suicide as because a bottle of poison was recovered from the possession of the deceased. The petitioner is in jail custody since 06. 06. 2012.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Simari P.S. Case no. 186 of 2011.
