Taking into consideration that one rifle along with three cartridges were recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner carries criminal antecedent of six cases, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail in connection with Goshwari P.S. Case no. 12/2013 pending in the court of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh and accordingly, his prayer stands rejected. However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same as early as possible.
