2 11-02-2013 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 307, 337, 337, 338, 353, 332, 333, 152, 109, 120B, 427 of the I.P.C.

It is alleged that when the police went to execute the process under Section 83 of the Cr.P.C. against the son of the informant then petitioner instigated the villagers to pelt stones to the police personnel.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that police maliciously demolished the house of the petitioner when the alleged process were issued against the property of the son of the petitioner when the son of the petitioner is separate from the petitioner.

Considering the same, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court

below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari in connection with Turkaulia P.S. Case No. 488 of 2012.
