Taking into consideration that the petitioner joined as Jan sewak on the basis of forged and fabricated document, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Nauhatta P.S. Case no. 72/2011 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas, Sasaram is, hereby, rejected.
